Pescatarian

Pescatarian

Our Pescatarian meal plan is a seafood-only diet. Pescatarians have a lot in common with vegetarians. They eat fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, eggs, and dairy but they steer clear of meat and poultry. This is a great plan when you are in transition from eating meat to eating a more plant-based diet or if you need to lower your cholesterol or lose weight. We are conscious of seafood that contains high levels of mercury and those fishes are not served. This meal is comprised of seafood proteins, grain, and veggie. You have the option of making it Low Carb (eliminating all grains). If you need a gluten-free diet, please subscribe to our gluten-free meal plan and modify it to be a pescatarian meal
