Meal Programs

What meal plans do you offer?

We offer 3 different meal plans based on your dietary needs for 3-days and 5-days. Each plan comes in a Standard or Athlete option. Our meal plan types are: Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and Traditional

What is the difference between the Standard option and the Athlete option?

The difference is in the portions served. The Athlete portion is 8oz and the Standard portion is 5oz.

What are the prices?

Prices vary depending on the plan & and number of meals you select per day. You can find our prices here (link pricing)

Can I add modifications to my meal plan?

Yes! We allow up to 3 modifications. Once you select your meal plan, you will be able to select your modifications.

How often should I expect to receive my meals?

Lunchology currently delivers 1-times per week on Saturday. If you have any questions about delivery times and days, you can reach out to us at thelab@lunchologymiami.com.

What time should I expect my delivery?

Delivery times may vary and you will be notified of your delivery window once you place your order.


What do I do with my Lunchology bags?

Bags should be returned weekly. If you do not return your bags, the deposit will not be returned once you cancel your meals.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery within our delivery zones is a flat rate of $12.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver within Miami-Dade County.

How often should I expect my delivery?

We deliver once a week, on Saturdays.

How should I expect to receive my delivery?

Your meals will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs so that it stays cool during delivery; however, we strongly suggest placing your meals in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

Can I change my delivery days?

The delivery days are set and can not be changed at this time.

Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Our delivery bags are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. Although the ice pack may no longer be frozen, your food will remain cool for up to 4 hours after delivery. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible. All meals will stay fresh for up to three days after delivery with proper refrigeration.

How do I return my Lunchology bags?

We ask that you remember to return you bags and ice packs to the driver upon the next delivery.

Subscription

How do I make changes to my Lunchology Subscription?

To cancel, reactivate, or to change your meal plan type, please log in to your account. The cut off for any changes is Wednesday by 5PM EST. Requests made after Noon on Wednesday will apply to the following week (meal plan changes, cancellations & activations) and the card on file will be charged for the upcoming week.

When can I expect to be charged for my subscription?

The credit card on file will be charged every Wednesday by midnight for the upcoming week.

What is your refund policy?

There will be no refunds once a program has started. However, your delivery day, meal days can be paused and credited (not refunded) to your account & rescheduled for a future date.

Can I choose my meals?

We offer a set menu of delicious meals that everyone on the program receives. Each meal is nutritionally designed for your optimal health, so while you cannot choose your own menu, we guarantee that you and your body will benefit from each and every dish.
