• What meal plans do you offer? We offer 5 different meal plans based on your dietary needs for 3-days, 5-days and 7-days. Each plan comes in a Standard or Athlete option. Our meal plan types are: Gluten Free, Low Carb, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, and Traditional
  • Do you offer lunch and dinner? Yes! We offer lunch, dinner and breakfast options as well as add-ons like soups, snacks and desserts!
  • What is the difference between the Standard option and the Athlete option? The difference is in the portions served. 
  • What are the prices? Prices vary depending on the plan & and number of meals you select per day. You can find our prices here (link pricing)
  • Can I add modifications to my meal plan? Yes! We allow up to 3 modifications. Once you select your meal plan, you will be able to select your modifications. 
  • How often should I expect to receive my meals? Lunchology delivers 3-times per week on Saturday, Tuesday & ThursdayIf you select a 3-day plan you can expect your deliveries on Saturday & Tuesday, and if you select a 5-day plan or a 7-day plan you can expect your deliveries on Saturday, Tuesday & Thursdays.   • What time should I expect my delivery? Delivery times may vary and you will be notified of your delivery window once you place your order.
  • What do I do with my Lunchology bags?
  • What is the delivery fee? Delivery prices vary depending on the plan you choose. For 3-day plan delivery fee will be $21.98, and for 5-day & 7-day plans delivery will be $32.97. 
  • Do you deliver to my area? Reach out to us at thelab@lunchologymiami.com with your delivery address and zip code to confirm!
  • How often should I expect my delivery?Your delivery days and frequencies are based on the plan you have selected. Please refer to Meal Programs for delivery days.
  • How should I expect to receive my delivery? Your meals will be delivered in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs so that it stays cool during delivery; however, we strongly suggest placing your meals in the refrigerator as soon as possible. 
  • Can I change my delivery days?  The delivery days are set and can not be changed at this time. Delivery days are based on the plan that you’ve selected. Refer to Meal Plans for delivery days and more details.
  • Will my food stay fresh in transit? Our delivery bags are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery.  Although the ice pack may no longer be frozen, your food will remain cool for up to 4 hours after delivery. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible.  All meals will stay fresh for up to three days after delivery with proper refrigeration.
  • How do I modify my delivery address/instructions? All changes to pre-existing orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next delivery. Please email thelab@lunchologymiami.com with your changes. 
  • How do I return my Lunchology bags? We ask that you remember to return you bags and ice packs to the driver upon the next delivery. 
  •  How do I make changes to my Lunchology Subscription? To cancel, reactivate, or to change your meal plan type, please contact us at thelab@lunchologymiami.com. Any changes must be requested by Noon on Thursdays. Requests made after Noon on Thursday will apply to the following week (meal plan changes, cancellations & activations) and the card on file will be charged for the upcoming week.
  • When can I expect to be charged for my subscription? The credit card on file will be charged every Thursday by midnight for the upcoming week. 
  • What is your refund policy? There will be no refunds once a program has started. However, with 48-hours notice prior to your delivery day, meal days can be paused and credited (not refunded) to your account & rescheduled for a future date.
